Additional Description: This first floor condo has blue ceramic tile through out and the walls are white. It is nice and very bright. It is an end unit with extra windows to let in natural light. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, blender and toaster. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. There is a TV with VCR and a DVD player in the living area and another TV in the bedroom. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and queen sleep sofa in the living area as well as a ship mate bunk (for a child or small adult) in the hall. Linens are provided and coin laundry facilities are easily accessible on the same floor. We do not provide beach towels, but we do have 4 beach chairs for your use.There are two pools and three tennis courts for your enjoyment. WiFi is available by the pool and in the clubhouse.Utilities:
