Additional Description: The lake is a couple miles' drive away, and there is a view of the lake from the back of the house/pool. The sun sets behind the mountains on the lake and is a joy to watch from the pool area. There are ceiling fans and shading curtains for the hotter days in the back patio area, overlooking the pool. From the front patio, which is gated, there are mountain views. We have a couple of quail families and several rabbits that come out into the yard at early morning and sunrise. In the pool, there is a conversation table and umbrella, a great place to sit with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. One of the guest rooms has bunk beds and the other a full-sized bed. There is a wonderful grocery store nearby with fabulous fresh produce and a Starbucks. There is also a local steak house, Mexican restaurant, drive-thru quickmart for lazy mornings, and Dairy Queen for those late night sweet attacks. Cross the London Bridge to visit the Javalina Cantina, the Bridgewater Channel Boardwalk, the Brewery, and much more. We also have a bowling alley just a few miles away as well as a new Super Walmart. Laughlin and Vegas are great local overnight trips! Utilities:
