This is a private residence, NOT an RV park. No pool, six miles from the Gulf Coast, only 14 miles from SIESTA KEY. If you are a bicyclist it's a 30 minute ride to the beach (designated bike lanes). If you walk, explore the nearby neighborhoods including the fabulous view along Riverview Blvd, within half a mile. While out you can stop by the grocery store, pharmacy, or an assortment of eateries all within blocks of your "home." If golf is your game, look no further. There are more golf courses than can be listed, both private open to the public and public courses. The Bradenton Health and Fitness Club is a mile away where you can enjoy a short-term membership. Within two miles is GT Bray recreation complex with picnic areas, dog park, exercise gym($) and outdoor pool($). You're less than two hours to Disney World, one hour to Tampa, 30 minutes to St. Petersburg to the north (over the breath taking Sunshine Skyway Bridge) and Sarasota to the south So pack your bags, all you need is your clothing and personal items, EVERYTHING else is provided including linens, blankets, dishes, pots & pans and more. Of course, if you are a "home body" you can just sit out in your private patio and BBQ. After you are done, enjoy a hot shower with softened & filtered water. Don't forget your laptop computer because we also offer free WIFI, and much much more for RENT of ONLY $800/MONTH (all utlities, WIFI, and satellite TV included. There are NO extra charges.) Small pets are allowed, maximum of two and no more than 12lbs each.
